DIY Frame Shelf Instructions

This tutorial seems quick and easy! Just something to keep in mind is that this tutorial required a nail gun. if you do not have one, see if your school has a woodshop that will lend you one. If not, you can try your hand at a drill and wood screws or a hammer and nails.

How to Repurpose an Old Box of Chocolates →

dollardorms:

After the holiday season, it’s very common to find yourself with a surplus of boxes of chocolates. It’s the perfect gift, really. I personally received a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates this past Christmas (which were absolutely delicious, I must admit). I really liked the box it came in so I…

i use the ferrero rocher lid as a matching tray to my lucite makeup organizers and the actual box for jewelry storage. this is worth a read!

DAILY FIND via marthastewartliving  -ts

Sometimes you have to think behind the box. This medicine cabinet became more efficient after it was affixed with a sheet of precut galvanized steel to its interior with construction adhesive. Magnetic hooks now hold scissors and a mirror, and small plastic cups with magnetic bottoms corral small necessities, such as rubber bands and hair clips. More.

DIY Cute Containers From Plastic Bottles : Denise Meneghello
Using an iron to smooth out pretty recycled bottle containers is pretty clever. I have yet to try it, so I’m not sure if it leaves any bits on your iron, but I can’t see a quick melt leaving behind anything that couldn’t be cleaned off when cooled down.
The tutorial is in Portugese (I believe) but the photos are pretty self explanatory.
